CELCITE’s Telecom Solution Group (TSG) is at the front end of innovation, developing cutting edge tools, undertaking next generation technology research and technology evaluation. The team constitutes subject matter experts in mobile telephony – in turn assisting development of optimization tools, new techniques and researching new ideas. The engineering team is supported by a core and in-house software team, which helps convert ideas and algorithms into reality and usable applications. Today, CELCITE has a commercially deployed Self Performing (Automatic) RF Optimization tool (COPS) and in addition has developed client specific tools, spanning NSS planning, BSS planning and Re-home applications. Our team has published multiple white papers (including IEEE) on next generation technologies and convergence of networks/technologies. CELCITE is proud to have successfully improved the performance of networks in very short periods of time and beyond the agreed KPIs – all using COPS, coupled with industry experience and technology expertise.

Our Wireless Engineering group assists our clients in their engineering staff augmentation needs and turnkey project execution – including RF planning, design and optimization. In the ever increasing need for data throughput, there is paramount emphasis on core and transport networks – we have extensive in-house expertise to support our clients to dimension, forecast and deploy fixed network elements (core & transport). As a reference and over a span of the three most recent years, CELCITE Engineers have worked on around 11,000+ sites (RF Design), 18,000+ sites (RF Performance), 2,000+ sites (Modifications & Traffic Engineering) and multiple core and transport design projects.
