Automatic Intelligent Correlator
COPS™ is uniquely embedded with optimisation expertise in the form of an extensive set of proprietary algorithms, known as the AIC™ (Automatic Intelligent Correlator).
The AIC™ effectively emulates the thought processes of a senior optimisation engineer.
Here is a typical scenario: An optimisation engineer arrives in the morning to find that more than half the day’s job has already been done - all the correlations have been done at a cell level and resolutions for problem cells are described -- including root cause analysis. Even separating real RF issues from others has been done automatically. COPS™-GEO includes a full-functioning geo-location module complete with extensive visuals and reports. The module includes a friendly user interface, localisation of dropped calls, neighbour optimisation, UL/ DL data throughput analysis, IMSI trace, propagation delay, and a full call browser with L3 drill-down capabilities. The use of this module can significantly reduce the dependence on drive testing, resulting in dramatic efficiency gains.
Multi-Band, Multi-Technology
COPS™ effectively harvests information (data from PM, CM, FM, mobile measurements, trouble ticketing and planning environments) from the network across multiple infrastructure vendors and supports multi band / carrier and multi technologies.
