Our dedicated COPS™ technical support team addresses all support issues related to training, deployment, installation, and use of the platform through the COPS™ Support ticketing system which is the single source for tracking issues and feature requests.

Celcite Support offers a variety of Support Services including:

  • COPS Webinars
    The tool is well documented and this documentation is currently available to the user via Microsoft "help" files. COPS™ has extensive help documentation for understanding all modules within the tool.
  • Tool Operation Training
    General COPS™ training workshops are intended to provide engineers with the knowledge they need on how to operate the tool and get the most out of it.
  • Conference Calls
    Regular conference calls open to the user community. Discussions include open support tickets, current and upcoming market/network activities related to COPS™, and COPS™ upcoming releases.
  • Maintenance and Upgrades
    Celcite offers maintenance and upgrade services for all COPS™ installations. Celcite will work closely with IT departments to ensure proper data access, IT connectivity, hardware, etc.
